Yes, all 1-2-1 coaching is delivered online. Exceptions are made for workshops and group talks. We'll take a Zoom call at a time that best suits you.
Everyone would benefit from coaching in some area of their lives. Ultimately only you know if you there are goals in your life you're struggling to reach. If you know they're achievable but for some reason they're still sitting there, then you need a coach.
We'll kick off with a consultation call that will outline your goals and the things you're looking to achieve. Ultimately, the 'type' of coaching you get doens't matter, only that you have the right tools and guidance to get you where you need to be.
